Carlotta, founder and broker of Riley McLean Land, is a fifth-generation Austinite who began her land brokerage career in 1994. Her background spans a range of land transactions including residential, commercial, ranch and investment properties. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to co-founding Riley-Mclean Land, she gained valuable land-brokerage and business experience working with Land Advisors Organization, Wilson & Godrick Realtors, Allen Real Estate and the Austin White Lime Company. Carlotta has represented every category or land buyer and seller through her career with her success attributable to dedication, hard work, and integrity.
Carlotta is active in the community, serving as a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, the Real Estate Council of Austin, Texas Alliance of Land Brokers, Urban Land Institute and serves on the board of the Austin Commercial Real Estate Society and Robinson Family Management. She is a past board member of Hill Country Conservancy and served as chair of HCC’s Capital Campaign. Carlotta’s husband, Bill McLean, is a land-use attorney. They have two sons, William and John Henry.
