Born and raised in northern Bavaria, Carl had an early interest in design. An internship at an architecture firm in Gstaad, Switzerland, piqued his passion and inspired him to study interior design in the US. Graduating from RISD in 2001 with a degree in Interior Architecture, Carl went to New York and became Director of Merchandising at Kravet, a renowned leader in the home furnishings industry. In 2016, after missing the Ocean State’s miles of shore, beautiful parks and historic houses, he returned to Rhode Island. Carl’s multifaceted background is an asset for marketing your property. His past career allowed him to manage various projects, from creating concepts with acclaimed designers including Diane von Furstenberg, Jonathan Adler and Sarah Richardson, to overseeing full-scale furniture and fabric installations.
