Caleb John Walsh is an American businessman who has founded multiple companies related to the financing and development of Commercial Real Estate. Born in New York and raised in Florida, Walsh began his career in the post-2008 marketplace where he led a nationwide syndication team of managers and investors which acquired affordable housing, hotels, apartment buildings, retail and multiple other asset types. He later started Urban Bay Financial, a private real estate debt fund, by financing known contemporaries who did business with him as a multi-state developer. Walsh actively invests in large CRE properties as a lender, developer, and joint venture partner.
