Britt Casey has been an active member of the Chicago Industrial Real Estate Market since 1987. He specializes in working with clients to establish strategic real estate programs, including dispositions and acquisitions of industrial facilities and vacant land within the Chicago Suburban Submarkets. Britt also acts as Account Manager coordinating projects on a national basis and has extensive experience in analysis and negotiations of industrial build-to-suit projects and land developments. In 2002 Britt was recruited by Cushman & Wakefield to be part of its continued growth within its Industrial Services division. During his career, he has been involved in an excess of 600 transactions valued at over 2.0 billion dollars. Based on his performance, he has established himself as Cushman & Wakefield's highest producing Industrial Specialist.
