I’m Briggs Cooper, a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Associate with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in our downtown Roanoke office. I work alongside businesses and investors to help them buy, sell, and lease commercial properties across Southwest Virginia and the Greater Roanoke region. I graduated from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business, earning a degree in Real Estate with a minor in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Technology Management. That foundation shaped the way I view commercial real estate as a tool for business growth, long-term stability, and wealth creation. Born and raised in Roanoke, I’m passionate about serving the community I’ve always called home. It’s a privilege to play a part in the region’s growth and to help connect people with real estate opportunities that support their goals.
