Brian is an Executive Vice President with the CBRE Consulting Group. Prior to his role at CBRE, Brian was a founding partner of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, which was acquired by Transwestern in 2013, where he served as Partner and Chief Operating Officer for the Northeast Region. Prior to co-founding RBJ in 2001, Brian worked as a Managing Director at Insignia/ESG focusing on the North Suburban Boston market. During his 25-year career in commercial real estate, Brian has advised a large number of occupier tenants both locally and nationally, from various business sectors including financial services, technology, software, logistics and life sciences, and has provided local expertise and guidance to both institutional and private ownership entities throughout suburban Boston.
