Brian Lane joined Stan Johnson Company in 2020 and is an Associate Director located in the Atlanta market. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Lane has assisted clients with the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant properties, anchored and un-anchored shopping centers, as well as office, medical and industrial properties.
Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Lane served as Senior Investment Advisor at Shane Investment Property Group. While within the firm, he closed over $1 billion in investment property sales by focusing on his clients’ specific needs. Previously, Lane worked as a commercial appraiser for McColgan & Company, one of the largest commercial appraisal firms in the Southeast. In this role, he gained experience in the valuation for all types of properties including retail, office, shopping centers and apartments.
