About
Brian Cheek joined Newmark’s Dallas office in 2008, bringing with him vast experience as both an owner and tenant representative. In 2012, Brian migrated to the Austin office and continues to represent tenants both locally and nationally in his position as Managing Director. Before Newmark, Brian was an executive vice president with Predium. Prior to joining Predium, Brian was vice president of an international real estate services firm where he served from 1995 through 2002. Throughout his tenure at his former firm, he gained experience as both a leasing agent and a tenant representative. He possesses extensive expertise in multiple markets and has successfully managed lease negotiations, dispositions, construction coordination, and financial analysis on a local, national and international basis.
