Bill Warren joined the Denninger team at Marcus & Millichap as a SIP in February 2020. Prior to working at Marcus & Millichap, he lived in Michigan and worked for an investment firm as a financial consultant. Bill specializes in assisting investors in the sale and acquisition of manufactured home communities and RV parks. Bill chose to pursue a career in commercial real estate because success is determined by the work you put forward and the relationships you build. He believes open communication is the most important part of any transaction and relationship. Bill is reliable, passionate, honest, and loyal, which he considers imperative for a successful transaction and long-term relationships in this industry.
Bill was born and raised in Montgomery, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. His passion growing up was playing hockey and after high school he played junior hockey in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Canada. He received a scholarship to play at Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where his team won the 2017 National Championship.
