Mr. Sternberg joined Meridian in 2022 and currently serves as an associate in the company’s midtown office. He specializes in tenant representation in New York City. Mr. Sternberg has distinguished himself in the retail leasing sector with experience in the leasing of food & beverage, fitness, and service-oriented spaces as well as boutique retail spaces. Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Sternberg was a commercial real estate analyst at Biscayne Atlantic where he provided value in the due diligence process for the acquisition of over 200,000 SF of industrial real estate. Mr. Sternberg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia.
