For 18+ years, Andrew worked throughout Miami-Dade County in an analytic and advisory role, reviewing and arguing on behalf of property owners to maximize their income by appealing their real estate tax valuations. In addition to this role, he has represented his clients in the sales and acquisition of property ranging from development land to office and industrial buildings. Andrew has served on the Miami Realtors Commercial Board and the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida's Board, as well as producing and presenting the CIASF's annual Industrial Market Report between 2010-2020. At DWNTWN he is specialized in the leasing and sales of town centers and commercial corridors of Miami.
