Before starting his career in real estate, Alexander David Wisnoski (Alex), attended Sam Houston State University in Huntsville Texas, where he graduated with a BS in Animal Science in 2012. He always had a passion for farming/ranching from growing up on his family’s property in Navasota, Texas. It was at that ranch where he found his passion for land and agriculture. After graduating he quickly figured out how to still be involved in that aspect of land while working in the big city of Houston, as an intern for a commercial real estate firm (TNRG). As an intern at the firm, Alex worked hand in hand assisting deals and helping facilitate the transactions alongside some of the biggest deal makers in the Houston commercial real estate market. It was that vital information and experience that propelled Alex to be the top listing agent of any first year in the entire company’s history as soon as he received his license. After his tenure and growing at TNRG, he joined on with Texas CRES, LLC as they were being created in 2015.
