Volta Infrastructure Holdings Secures $300 Million Funding From Azora Andreessen Horowitz And Altimeter Capital

Volta Infrastructure Holdings, a London, Palo Alto, CA and New York City-based AI infrastructure platform and NVIDIA Cloud Partner, has emerged from stealth with $300 million in combined Seed and Series A funding at a $2.4 billion valuation. The rounds were led by Azora, Andreessen Horowitz and Altimeter Capital, with participation from NVIDIA, Matter Venture Partners and Michael Dell’s family office. Led by co-founders Ricard Boada (CEO) and Sofia Gumuzio (Chief Corporate Development Officer), Volta will use the capital to scale its engineering and platform teams and develop gigascale AI Factories, including a $10 billion contract to build a 133 MW AI factory campus in Norway with Bitdeer. Teledyne Technologies Acquires Varex Imaging For $1.1 Billion In CashTeledyne Technologies has agreed to acquire Varex Imaging for $18.90 per share in cash, valuing the deal at approximately $1.1 billion including equity awards and net debt. Cambridge Aerospace Secures $300 Million Series C Funding At $3.4 Billion ValuationCambridge Aerospace has raised $300 million in a Series C round at a $3.4 billion valuation, led by DFJ Growth and backed by Lux, Accel, Lakestar, Never Lift, Ora Global and Elad Gil & Co. The funding will support the UK air defense company’s manufacturing expansion, delivery of existing and new contracts, and development of next-generation systems, including Starhammer, which is expected to launch in 2027.
