Ultra is a Brooklyn-based robotics startup that develops and installs robots to automate warehouse order packing, helping logistics companies improve operations without the upfront cost of purchasing equipment. Its robots have packed more than 500,000 orders, with customers paying an integration fee and a recurring monthly fee for hardware and software support. CEO and co-founder Jon Miller Schwartz’s company recently raised $62 million across a $50 million Series A led by Framework Ventures and a $12 million seed round led by Y Combinator and Next View, while expanding its partnership with AI robotics firm Physical Intelligence.
