State Affairs Secures $70M Funding From Founders Fund Khosla Ventures And Others
State Affairs (@StateAffairsUS), an AI-powered intelligence platform headquartered in Miami, Florida, has raised $70M in funding to expand its mission of helping institutions navigate the policy and regulatory economy. Founded by Evan Burns and Jamie Seltzer, the company combines one of the nation’s largest networks of embedded statehouse reporters with an advanced AI knowledge graph that tracks legislation, regulations, and hearings across all 50 states and the federal government. Today, the platform is used by one-third of U.S. state and federal elected officials, as well as major enterprises including Walmart, Mastercard, and McDonald’s. The funding round was backed by investors including Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, Tru Arrow Partners, Alumni Ventures, and several prominent media and business leaders, underscoring confidence in State Affairs’ approach to delivering real-time policy intelligence.
