Science Corp Raises $230 Million In Series C Round At $1.5 Billion Valuation

Science Corp., founded by former Neuralink president Max Hodak, has raised $230 million in a Series C round at a reported $1.5 billion post-money valuation to advance commercialization of its PRIMA brain-implant technology and expand its broader research programs. The company is focused on bringing its implant — designed to restore functional vision for patients with advanced macular degeneration — toward regulatory approval in Europe while scaling additional initiatives such as its biohybrid neural interface and the Vessel organ-preservation platform. Investors in the round include Lightspeed Venture Partners, Khosla Ventures, Y Combinator, Quiet Capital, and IQT, bringing total funding to $490 million.
