Sava Technologies, a London-based health tech company founded by Renato Circi and Rafaël Michali, has raised $19 million in a Series A round led by Balderton Capital and Pentland Ventures. Specializing in real-time molecular health monitoring through a novel wearable biosensor, Sava aims to accelerate regulatory approval and commercialization of its microsensor technology, which can painlessly detect biomarkers under the skin. The raise brings its total funding to $32 million.
