RTHMS Secures $5 Million In Seed Funding Led By Cymbiotika Co-Founders

RTHMS (@RTHMSApp) is raising a seed round, with Cymbiotika co-founders Shahab and Durana Elmi helping lead fundraising.

People are more connected than ever, yet many still struggle to find where they belong. RTHMS believes meaningful connection starts with authenticity: understanding people through the habits, interests and routines that shape their everyday lives.

Founded by CEO Jason Winkler, RTHMS is building a behavioral layer for compatibility, powered by its patent-pending Habit Tag™ engine. The technology transforms raw behavioral signals into a meaningful Behavioral Identity, helping people discover communities, relationships and experiences that align with how they actually live.

The vision extends beyond the RTHMS app. Through a planned API, this privacy-first layer is designed to work across apps, websites, platforms and AI agents. Users would have a lightweight, permission-based way to share relevant aspects of their lifestyle, bringing a more authentic understanding of themselves into the experiences they choose, with control over what they share.

Cymbiotika will be the first brand to launch a dedicated brand page on RTHMS. Building on its commitment to community, the experience will help customers discover compatible people, products and shared experiences that reflect their lifestyles, creating deeper relationships with both the brand and each other.

Behind the platform is a technical team with experience at Anduril and Meta, alongside an A-list team of advisors and investors across technology, entertainment and consumer brands.

RTHMS is currently in locked beta testing with thousands of users. Wider consumer access is planned through an invite-only rollout by the end of 2026, followed by major partnership announcements in early 2027.

The ambition is to make authenticity the foundation of digital identity and real compatibility the foundation of connection.
