Rogo Raises $50M Series B Round Led By Thrive Capital With Valuation At $350M
Rogo, a startup building Wall Street’s first AI analyst, has raised a $50M Series B round led by Thrive Capital, with participation from J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Tiger Global, and Positive Sum Ventures. Founded by former Lazard analyst Gabriel Stengel, Rogo has now raised a total of $75M and is valued at $350M. The company is developing specialized large language models tailored for high finance, aiming to automate complex tasks traditionally handled by junior bankers. Its tools are already in use at top firms like Nomura, Moelis, GTCR, and Tiger Global.

Volition Capital Closes $950 Million Fund VI For Founder-Owned Technology InvestmentsVolition Capital, a Boston-based growth equity firm, has closed its sixth fund, Volition Capital Fund VI, at its $950 million hard cap, bringing the firm’s total assets under management to more than $2.6 billion. The oversubscribed fund will back founder-owned technology companies across B2B software, internet and consumer sectors, with a focus on capital-efficient businesses navigating AI-driven growth. Managing Partners Roger Hurwitz, Larry Cheng and Sean Cantwell lead the firm, which has invested in more than 60 companies since its 2010 founding.
