Quantum Systems, a Munich-based leader in AI-powered aerial intelligence systems founded in 2015 by Florian Seibel (CEO), has raised $172 million USD (€160 million) in funding led by Balderton Capital, with backing from Airbus, Hensoldt, and others. The company, known for its dual-use unmanned aerial systems used by NATO forces and clients like the Indian government, will use the funds to scale production, advance autonomous drone tech, and expand globally across Europe and APAC.
