Orchard Robotics Raises $22 Million In Series A Funding Led By Quiet Capital And Shine Capital
Orchard Robotics, a San Francisco-based AI farming startup, raised $22M in Series A funding led by Quiet Capital and Shine Capital, with participation from General Catalyst, Contrary, Mythos, Valyrian, Ravelin, F1 World Champion Nico Rosberg, and Yext & Roam founder Howard Lerman. Founded in 2022 by Thiel Fellow Charlie Wu, the company is building an AI-powered farming system to enhance America’s food supply, with its flagship FruitScope platform that combines a vision system and precision crop management OS. The new funding, which brings Orchard’s total capital raised to over $25M, will support its operational and product development expansion.
