Nscale, a British neocloud AI infrastructure provider, is seeking to raise $3 billion in its planned NYSE IPO at a potential $35 billion valuation, after previously raising a $2 billion Series C at a $14.6 billion valuation. The company reported $140.6 million in revenue for the six months ended June 30, up from $10.4 million a year earlier, while net losses rose to $1.02 billion; Nvidia also recently agreed to provide $1 billion in convertible debt as part of a $3.1 billion financing.
