Northwood Space raised $375 million in a Series C round co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and DFJ Growth, valuing the company at $2 billion. Founded in 2022, the space infrastructure startup builds antennas, software and other technologies to improve satellite communications, with co-founder and CEO Bridgit Mendler leading the company. The funding, alongside a financial agreement with HSBC, will support hiring, scaling operations and fulfilling existing contracts.
