Nolla Health, a Norway-born healthtech startup, raised $4.5M in pre-seed funding led by General Catalyst, with participation from SNO Ventures and Commure founder Diede van Lamoen. Co-founded and led by CEO Luis Wenus, Nolla is expanding its AI-powered healthcare platform in the U.S. after treating more than 50,000 patients in Europe, with its Acne Care app available across 40+ states. The company also received U.S. regulatory approval for AI to issue initial prescriptions, positioning Nolla as the first end-to-end AI healthcare provider to manage analysis, treatment and follow-up, starting with acne care in Utah, where its Nolla Derm app has treated more than 10,000 patients under clinician oversight.
