Lemon Slice Secures $10.5 Million Seed Funding From Matrix Partners And Y Combinator
Lemon Slice, founded in 2024 by Lina Colucci, Sidney Primas, and Andrew Weitz, has raised $10.5 million in seed funding from Matrix Partners, Y Combinator, and other investors to advance its digital avatar technology. The startup’s Lemon Slice-2 model can generate human and non-human avatars from a single image, livestream them at 20 frames per second, and integrate into apps via an API or embeddable widget, targeting use cases in education, e-commerce, language learning, and corporate training.
