Leisure Hydration closed an oversubscribed Series A round led by Midnight Venture Partners, with participation from beverage executives and strategic investors across the industry, as the functional hydration brand accelerates its push into the mainstream. The company said the capital will support team expansion, national retail growth, and a brand refresh as it scales distribution across major retailers including Target, Whole Foods Market, and HEB. Founded in 2022, Leisure has positioned itself in the “modern hydration” category and reported rapid growth driven by its electrolyte and functional ingredient-focused drinks. “We’ve seen incredible organic growth,” said Alex Michaelsen, Co-founder and CEO of Leisure Hydration, as the company looks to extend its momentum into 2026.
