Legora Secures $550 Million In Series D Funding Led By Accel At $5.55 Billion Valuation
Legora, a Stockholm-based legal AI startup formerly known as Leya, raised $550 million in a Series D round led by Accel, tripling its valuation to $5.55 billion as it accelerates expansion into the U.S. CEO and cofounder Max Junestrand said the funding will support the company’s growing legal AI platform, which helps lawyers with document review, research, drafting, and contract analysis and is already used by more than 800 law firms and in-house legal teams across over 50 markets.
