L Catterton Raises $11 Billion In Latest Fundraising Cycle With Diverse Institutional Backing

L Catterton, a global consumer-focused investment firm headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut, has raised approximately $11 billion in its latest fundraising cycle, bringing its total equity capital under management to over $37 billion. The raise includes final closes for L Catterton Partners X, Growth V, and Europe V, as well as new onshore funds in Japan and China and the first close of L Catterton Credit. Led by Global CEO Scott Dahnke and Co-Founder and Executive Chair Michael Chu, the firm received backing from a diverse group of institutional investors. Porsche Partners With Tata Consultancy On €1.25 Billion AI Transformation DealPorsche is making a €1.25 billion bet on AI. The automaker is partnering with Tata Consultancy Services on a five-year deployment spanning engineering, manufacturing, operations, and customer experience, while also selling its MHP subsidiary to TCS for €320 million. The deal includes the creation of a dedicated AI Mobility Centre of Excellence and brings MHP’s 4,500 employees into the broader TCS ecosystem.
