FUZE Secures $12.5 Million In Oversubscribed Series A-1 Financing Round

In anticipation of an upcoming Series B, FUZE (chargeFUZE & adFUZE) is announcing $12.5M in oversubscribed Series A-1 financing.

The round was raised to meet accelerating demand across the chargeFUZE network and to scale adFUZE, its data-backed advertising platform transforming FUZE’s physical footprint into a real-world media network.

Some of the world’s largest technology companies have followed a similar playbook: build a high-utility consumer platform and monetize it through media.

Google did it with search. Amazon with e-commerce. Uber with rideshare. DoorDash with food delivery. Instacart with grocery shopping. In mobile charging, FUZE is leading that same utility + media model, with chargeFUZE as the utility layer and adFUZE as the media layer, allowing brands to put the right advertisement in front of the right person at the right time.
