Figr extends seed funding to $5.1 million to build the next generation of customer experience
Figr, the AI company building a new foundation for how businesses serve their customers, has extended its seed funding to $5.1 million. The company is developing AI concierges that understand customer needs, guide decisions and carry out requests through to completion, bringing the attention of exceptional personal service to every customer, at enterprise scale.
With roots in visual computing, Figr goes beyond text-based interactions, combining conversation with visual capabilities that help customers explore products, properties and experiences. Connected to a company’s systems, its concierges can move directly from discovery to action, from arranging a viewing or making a booking to resolving a service request. Its ambition is one continuous customer relationship across web, email, WhatsApp and voice.
The funding follows multiple enterprise deals, with deployment rollouts underway. Figr is expanding across real estate, hospitality, travel and retail, positioning itself in the enterprise AI.
Figr’s long-term vision is to become the intelligence layer between businesses and their customers: understanding what each person needs, coordinating the systems required to deliver it, and following through.
