Exowatt Secures $70 Million In Series A Funding Led By Felicis And Top Investors
Exowatt, a Miami-based renewable energy startup founded in 2023 by CEO Hannan Happi and Atomic CEO Jack Abraham, has raised $70 million in Series A funding—bringing its total to $90 million. The round was led by Felicis and included equity from top investors like Andreessen Horowitz, Thrive Capital, and Sam Altman, alongside $35 million in debt financing from HSBC Innovation Banking and partners. The funding will accelerate domestic production and deployment of Exowatt’s flagship P3 product, a modular solar solution designed to meet the growing energy demands of data centers.
