Oxide Computer Company raised $445 million in a Series D round led by Eclipse, valuing the Emeryville, California-based startup at $6 billion. Existing investors US Innovative Technology Fund, Riot Ventures and Jane Street participated, alongside new investors Atreides Management and AMD Ventures. The company, which became profitable earlier in 2026, will use the funding to expand manufacturing, purchase components and fulfill surging demand for its rack-scale data center systems, driven in part by agentic AI. Co-founder and CEO Steve Tuck said demand continues to outpace supply despite a 20-fold increase in manufacturing capacity over the past year.
