Dream Labs Secures $90 Million In Seed Funding Led By B Capital

Dream Labs, a San Francisco-based AI robotics startup founded by former NVIDIA researchers, raised $90 million in seed funding led by B Capital, with participation from Kindred Ventures, A.Capital, Unusual Ventures, SV Angel, Wing VC, Scribble VC, and Adrian Aoun, among others. Co-founder and CEO Joel Jang leads the company, which is developing Dream-1, a robot foundation model that enables machines from different manufacturers to perform tasks using visual inputs and natural-language instructions. Alongside the raise, Dream Labs launched Dream API, its public API for robot control, and plans to use the funding primarily to expand computing capacity, supported hardware, and the range of tasks its models can perform.
