Cytronic Secures $13.5 Million Seed Funding Led By Slow Ventures For Automated Fulfillment Network
Cytronic, a robotic fulfillment company founded by Kevin Gibbon and Scott Moen, has raised $13.5 million in seed funding led by Slow Ventures, with participation from Geek Ventures, Failup Ventures, Alumni Ventures, Spacecadet Ventures, Weekend Fund, Mana Ventures, Script Capital, and others. The company is building an automated fulfillment network for direct-to-consumer brands, combining robotics hardware and proprietary software to reduce fulfillment costs, speed up deliveries, and help ecommerce companies scale without investing in warehouse infrastructure. Gibbon previously founded Shyp and Airhouse, where he shipped more than 10 million packages and identified the growing complexity and cost of fulfillment as brands expand.
