Founded by brothers John and Ryan MacLellan—with John serving as CEO—the company plans to use the funding to scale marketing, introduce new flavors, and hire key talent as it grows the reach of its zero-sugar, probiotic soda. The round includes participation from notable investors such as RiverPark Ventures, Palm Tree Crew, Simple Food Ventures, Diplo, Miles Teller, Mantis VC, Michael Rubin, Dan Lourenco, Jack Eichel, Aaron Ekblad, Matt Chapman, and JD Martinez, further supporting Cove’s rapid retail expansion and its new distribution partnership with Keurig Dr Pepper Canada.
