Clockout, a fintech startup focused on bringing earned wage access to community banks and credit unions, has raised $2 million in funding. The round was led by Cofounders Capital, which invested $1 million and took a board seat, with additional participation from Porch Ventures, One Six One Ventures, Market Square Ventures, and Launch Tennessee. Founded by CEO Juan Jurado-Blanco and COO Anthony Tardugno, Clockout enables users to access wages they’ve already earned directly through their bank’s mobile apps, positioning itself as a low-cost alternative to payday loans and overdraft fees. The funds will support customer rollouts, industry event participation, and strategic hires.
