Autonomous Technologies Group Raises $15 Million In Pre-seed Funding From Y Combinator And Others

Autonomous Technologies Group (ATG), founded in 2025 by Paperspace co-founders Dillon Erb and Daniel Kobran, has raised $15 million in pre-seed funding to launch its AI-driven financial advisor, Autonomous. Backed by investors including Y Combinator’s Alumni Fund/Garry Tan, Collaborative Fund, Fusion Fund, Box Group, and the founder of a quantitative hedge fund, ATG aims to provide fully personalized investment advice at 0% advisory fees. Using $100+ billion frontier AI models, real-time market data, and tested financial strategies, Autonomous allows users to manage existing accounts or build optimized portfolios. The platform, which will be SOC2 compliant, FDIC approved, FINRA-licensed, and SEC-compliant at launch, is expected on iOS in Q1 2026.
