The company has been quietly rolling out its AI sales agent, Mindy, designed to handle inbound sales through deal-closing, replacing roles like sales engineers and onboarding specialists rather than focusing on outbound outreach. 1Mind’s technology blends LLMs with deterministic AI to reduce hallucinations, and is already used by more than 30 customers, including HubSpot, LinkedIn, and New Relic, with average contracts in the six-figure range.
