Goldman Sachs Acquires Industry Ventures For $965 MillionGoldman Sachs completed its acquisition of Industry Ventures in January 2026 in a deal valued at up to $965 million, including $665 million paid upfront and as much as $300 million in performance-based consideration. The acquisition brings together a venture portfolio spanning 525 companies, 1,600 funds, and more than $22 billion in commitments, reflecting the growth of the VC secondaries market over the past 25 years.
