Osome Raises $17M Series A+ Led by Heartcore

Osome, a leading finance administration platform based in Singapore, has successfully raised $17M in a Series A+ funding round led by Heartcore. The fintech firm focuses on empowering entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with efficient solutions for incorporation, accounting, and compliance.

Mosaic Ventures also participated in this funding round. The capital will be utilized to strengthen Osome's balance sheet with the key goal of accelerating its path to profitability.

Osome has made significant progress, serving over 13,000 SMB customers and employing more than 400 staff across various countries, including Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, the UK, the Netherlands, the Philippines, and Malaysia. In 2023, the company helped over 2,500 new businesses launch successfully, all while increasing revenues and reducing its burn rate, highlighting its potential for profitability.
