Why deals get flagged
Address is incomplete — missing city or state.
Closing date must include day, month, and year — values like "Jun-26" are not accepted.
Closing date is in the future — check the year.
Sale price is under $1M — too small for Traded.
Loan amount is under $250K — too small for Traded.
Closed under 90 days ago — too recent to verify here.
Residential lease — Traded lists commercial only.
Missing a required party name (buyer/seller, lender/borrower, landlord/tenant).
Broker name could not be verified in public databases.
