Venterra Realty, a prominent player in the multifamily property sector, has commenced construction on Camber Ridge at Cross Creek Ranch in Fulshear, Texas. This 312-unit project is expected to see its first units available by the second quarter of the following year.
Project Collaborators and Development Details
Working alongside architecture firm Steinberg Dickey Collaborative and general contractor Domain Builders, Venterra Realty has set the stage for Camber Ridge's development. The acquisition process was facilitated by Wilson Cribbs + Goren Attorney Marc Kasner, with construction financing provided by Fifth Third Bank Senior Vice President Greg Pettigrew. The community will feature eight three-story buildings upon completion, offering various amenities such as a clubroom, fitness center, swimming pool, outdoor lounge, package lockers, coworking spaces, and sanctuary buildings to enhance residents' living experience.
Strategic Location within Cross Creek Ranch
Situated at 5900 Texas Heritage Parkway within the Cross Creek Ranch master-planned community, Camber Ridge enjoys a prime location within the 3,200-acre development owned by Johnson Development Corp. Its proximity to The Southpark at Cinco Ranch shopping center (5 miles away) and downtown Houston (33 miles away) adds to its appeal.
Venterra Realty's Expansion in the Multifamily Sector
Venterra Realty's portfolio boasts over $5 billion in multifamily properties across the United States, with a significant presence in Greater Houston, where it manages over 20 communities. Noteworthy expansions include Avasa Spring Branch, a 361-unit community acquired in August, marking a continued growth in the Space City market. Additionally, recent acquisitions in Kansas City, Missouri, such as the 456-unit Timberlane Village community in March, and Avasa Grove West, a 330-unit garden style asset purchased in the fourth quarter of 2023 for $95 million, demonstrate Venterra's strategic investment approach beyond its traditional markets.
