Will Sanborn is a member of the Griffith-Pepdjonovic Group of Marcus & Millichap, the #1 team in the Boston office. Will specializes in the sale of apartment buildings, mixed-use properties, development sites as well as guiding clients through the 1031 exchange process. Will is dedicated to providing real time market information through an advisory role while building long term relationships with all of his clients. Will's team has closed in excess of 6,000 units and has built a reputation for being the trusted advisor in the marketplace.
Will is an active member of the community and a volunteer for the Special Olympics in his hometown of Danvers, Massachusetts where their mission is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Outside of the office, Will’s hobbies include reading, fishing, and traveling. Will has traveled to Europe where he studied in Madrid, Spain for four months at his alma mater Suffolk University.
