Weston Yahn specializes in both private and institutional leasing and sales and focuses primarily within the Industrial, R&D, and Life Science sectors throughout San Diego County. Weston brings over six years of industry & transactional experience to provide clients with high-level strategic consulting and transaction management to optimize facility solutions. Within his six years of experience, he has completed transaction volume in excess of $100 million in consideration. His professional activities include internships for both Warner Brothers Studio’s and Voit Real Estate. Weston also completed his Series 7 & 66 licenses and spent a short time as a financial advisor for AXA Financial. Weston grew up in Camarillo, CA and received a degree from the University of San Diego in Business Administration. During his stay at the University of San Diego he was a full time student athlete and played Defensive End for the school graduating in 2014 on the Dean’s List.
