About
Vijay’s real estate career started as an investor working on acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management of residential properties. Vijay orchestrated all aspects of leasing, from finding tenants and negotiating leases to overseeing property management for several properties. Vijay was previously working at VCPRE. He assisted with the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and development sites. Vijay is currently focused on the Bronx and Harlem multifamily and mixed-use assets working closely with Joe Koicim and Seth Glasser's Sales Team. Vijay graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He’s currently pursuing a certificate in real estate capital markets at NYU School of Professional Studies. When not working he is pursuing music, sports, and spending time with family.
