Tyler Trevino joined SHOP Houston in May of 2018 with a focus on tenant representation. Prior to joining SHOP Houston, Tyler spent the first three years of his real estate career in Dallas working for a local developer. He eventually transitioned into a brokerage role at Transwestern.
With a focus on national restaurant and entertainment concepts, Tyler specializes in the planning and execution of full market rollouts for his various clients. Tyler actively represents Ross Dress For Less, dd’s DISCOUNTS, MOD Pizza, Velvet Taco, Bluestone Lane, The Halal Guys, Juiceland, PNC Bank, Nando's, Aqua Tots and The Burger Joint amongst others.
Tyler serves on the Gate Keepers Committee for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo as well as actively volunteering with Spring Spirit Mentoring Program.
Tyler is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Texas and an active member of ICSC.
Tyler Grew up in Houston and graduated with a BBA in Marketing and Management from Baylor University.
