Tonya Chaffin is a Senior Transaction Manager with the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group, leading the firm's Transaction Management activities throughout Texas. As a member of one of the only brokerage firms to offer specialized Transaction Management care throughout the Due Diligence & Closing process, Tonya provides our clients with a full-service, white glove experience. Having a passion for real estate, Tonya has been involved in most aspects of the sales process. Since joining the firm in 2005, she has been involved in the sales cycle for apartment communities totalling more than 94,000 units with an aggregate value in excess of $7 trillion. Tonya holds a BBA in CIS from Georgia State University.
