As Director of Net Lease at James Capital Advisors, Tony specializes in the disposition of single and multi-tenant properties throughout the United States with a focus on retail, medical and industrial assets. He has underwritten and transacted for some of the largest Private Equity Firms, Family Offices, Institutions & Developers with aggregate deal volume exceeding $600 million since 2016. Tony also serves as an advisor in the Corporate Real Estate Division at James Capital Advisors, consulting Private Equity Sponsors, Family Offices, and Franchisees on their real estate while also raising capital for various development projects.
Tony has achieved considerable success over the span of his career establishing long-term relationships with a multitude of clients, including American Realty Capital, Vereit, Peco NNN, JJK Partners, RKM Development, Inland Group of Companies, and more. As an undergrad at the University of Michigan, Tony graduated with a degree in Finance and Global Studies in conjunction with being a 3-year varsity letterman for the Wolverines Football program. He holds a graduate degree from Concordia University.
