Timothy Weldon is a senior managing director with Newmark’s Multifamily Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance group in the Denver office. A capital markets veteran with more than 20 years of lending experience, Mr. Weldon has focused solely on multifamily for the last eight.
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Weldon was responsible for all permanent multifamily loan production for Rocky Mountain-based clients with Key Bank Real Estate Capital. Prior to that, he spent several years in the greater Washington marketplace, serving in various capacities with M&T.
Mr. Weldon served four years in the United States Air Force, where he was in the intel space and had tours at Iraklion Air Station in Crete, Greece and the National Security Agency.
