Thomas McDonald, MCR, is an Executive Vice President in the Los Angeles office. Active in the commercial real estate industry since 1979, his core practice is the representation of corporate and professional firms in the acquisition and disposition of office facilities throughout Southern California region. Prior to joining JLL, Thomas was a Senior Director at the Los Angeles office of Cushman & Wakefield. His tenant advocacy practice is augmented by his past experience representing institutional owners. In this capacity, he managed and implemented the marketing efforts for several of the Los Angeles Central Business District’s most prominent high-rise developments. Thomas holds Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Finance and Real Estate from the University of Southern California. He is a noted speaker and regularly conducts negotiation seminars tailored for corporate real estate managers and members of the legal profession.
